Here’s a terrific opportunity to follow through on that New Year’s resolution, and make new friends in the process!
The Kansas City Running Club will be hosting its Half Marathon Spring Training Kickoff event Saturday, January 19th. The half marathon training program is 90 days long, and includes:
- Weekly training plan.
- Mileage will increase slowly.
- Saturday morning group runs with aid stations, water, and Gatorade
- Guidance from a KCRC, RRCA certified coach
- Meeting new running friends!
