New Group Run Thursday AM on The Plaza
Thursday Mornings on The Plaza, 6am, Meet Ryan Knapp at Mill Creek Park at the fountain (corner of Broadway & Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd.). Distances will vary and it will be an out and back on The Trolley Trail and some core workout if you are interested. You can park on Broadway in front of the park. Are thesee open to the public or just KCTC members? And are they year-round?
The group runs are free to members. You are welcome to try the groups a few times before joining if you like to make sure it’s a good fit. The $15. membership fee goes toward insurance and maintaining our group runs, intervals and administrative work. We hope to meet you soon!
