Lou’s Legendary Running Class Starting
Got the post holidays blues and feeling the need for some motivation. Any KCTC member gets a FREE entry for Lou Joline’s Running 101 class which starts Jan. 24. The class meets at 5:45 pm at Garry Gribble’s Running Sports in the Ward Parkway Shopping Center. You can also sign up through UMKC Communiversity. Or check out any of our group runs and get into running.
