    KCTC helped put on the 2nd annual BE 1! cross country 5K in Swope Park. BE 1! is a way to make a difference in the lives of students in KCMO schools.
    To BE 1! means choosing to invest in the lives of scholars in the Kansas City, Missouri School District (KCMSD). It’s about recognizing that the gifts we have could really make a difference for our scholars; it’s about choosing to share those gifts. While this often takes the form of mentoring or tutoring, it’s inclusive of any one-on-one, intentional relationship building between caring individuals and KCMSD scholars.
