Cat Woman at Blue Springs 50/50
Race Director and local running legend, Lou Joline, poses with Cat Woman, Carol Frike, who did 50 miles in 8:33:48 in costume all the way. Sunday was the 16th running of 50/50 now run on the Little Blue Trace trail in Blue Springs, MO. The run billed as a 50 miler or 50k, has added shorter distances like the marathon and half marathon to accommodate the rest of us. There is even a race walkers division.
