KCTC wants to connect runners and walkers in their own neighborhoods. There is most likely a group run close to you. This is a great way to stay motivated, hook up with runners that run your same pace, log some miles and make some new friends. Group runs (and walks) are all informal so you just need to show up. If you have an existing group or want to start one, let us know and we will help you find other runners in your neighborhood.
These runs are updated as the runs change; you can attend any of these runs by just showing up! You can also check out of our Facebook page for any weekly reminders! If you are not a KCTC member try the class out a few times and join once you have decided it is a right fit for you! You can join here!

Sunday Northland Runners at 7am from June to September & 8am from October through May from Macken Park, on the west side of the park along Howell Street by the restrooms. Monday Night Run in Brookside at 6pm Meet at The Brooksider Bar and Grill in the parking lot in the heart of Brookside. We will congregate inside the back door in inclement weather. Run any pace, any distance along the Trolley Track Trail, then hang out with new and old running friends at The Brooksider with beer specials! Ask where KC Track Club is sitting. Wednesday Night Run at 6:00pm every Wed. at a different location each week. Join a KC running tradition since 1982, where runners/walkers meet at a home for a run followed by a potluck dinner. Saturday Near The Plaza at 7am in front of Aixois at 55th St. and Brookside Blvd. This is a group for anyone that is running! An ongoing beginning runners class meets in conjunction with this group. We have courses for 3 miles to marathon training in all pace groups. Show up and run as long or short as you like. Join us for coffee afterward if you have time. Saturday in Lee’s Summit at 7am We meet at Gusto Coffee across from Longview College (3390 SW Fascination Dr., Lee’s Summit, MO 64081).
