Brad has always been active. As for running though, he was just a sprinter in high school and never ran more than one lap around the track at a time. The 2 mile run that was required for football was considered punishment! Brad always thought football was his sport until after college when he decided he needed something he could do by himself to keep in shape. He didn’t “find” running until one of his clients came to him asking for help to train for a marathon. He decided to run the Kansas City Marathon and has been hooked on running ever since. He has competed in several runs from 5Ks to marathons (including the Goofy Challenge at Disney world)! He loves running so much he has even started hosting races.
Outreach: Brad helps lead a Saturday morning running group in Lee’s Summit and loves helping others achieve running and fitness goals.
